1. DELIVERY
1.1 Delivery Times
1.1.1 While we make every effort to deliver within our standard lead time of 21 working days from order placement, unforeseen circumstances such as supply chain delays may occasionally impact this timeline. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate and not a guarantee.
1.1.2 After placing an order, it will be scheduled for delivery. Approximately three weeks prior to the expected delivery week, our Transport Department will contact you to provide an approximate delivery date. One week before the scheduled delivery, we will confirm the exact date or any changes, along with a specific time window where possible.
1.1.3 If the scheduled delivery date does not suit you, please notify us as soon as possible. We will attempt to reschedule your delivery at a convenient time, subject to transport availability. Please note that this may extend the delivery time, and the standard lead time may apply to the new date.
1.2 Delivery Process
1.2.1 We aim to deliver your furniture to the room of your choice, provided there is adequate access. Please ensure that clear access from the property entrance to the designated room is available, and that all obstacles such as decorations, fixtures, or furniture that could hinder the delivery process are removed before our team arrives.
1.2.2 If needed, we recommend protecting any floor coverings to prevent damage. Our team will handle your furniture with care, using appropriate safety equipment to ensure safe delivery.
1.2.3 While we provide dimensions in our product descriptions, minor variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our products. If you have concerns about access, we encourage you to consult with our sales team for an Access Check.
1.2.4 If our team arrives and access is restricted without prior notice, resulting in a failed delivery attempt, an additional delivery charge may be required to reschedule and complete the delivery.
1.2.5 If requested, we can arrange for an Access Check prior to delivery. This involves assessing the delivery path to ensure successful delivery. If changes are necessary, additional charges may apply for subsequent attempts.
2. WARRANTIES
2.1 Our warranties cover faulty workmanship only, including defects in construction, stitching, and materials resulting from production errors. Our goal is to ensure you receive furniture of the highest quality.
2.2 Our warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear. Misuse includes improper handling, lack of proper maintenance, and exposure to unsuitable conditions, which can affect the integrity of the furniture.
2.3 If you experience any issues related to faulty workmanship, please contact our customer service team. We will assess the situation and arrange repairs or replacement if deemed necessary, in accordance with our warranty terms.
3. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
3.1 Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it enters our production process quickly to meet our delivery timelines. If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply if production has already begun.
3.2 Return Policy
Due to the custom-made nature of our furniture, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects covered under our warranty. Please notify us immediately if you identify any issues upon delivery, and we will work with you to resolve them.
4. PAYMENT INFORMATION
We offer secure online payments via Payfast, allowing you to pay through various methods, including credit cards, debit cards, Instant EFT, and digital wallets. For customers who prefer not to pay online, we also offer the option of invoicing. We will email an invoice, and you may complete the payment via traditional EFT.
